81 Birch St Abington Apartment Conversion
This project consisted of a complete renovation of an existing 36,000 S.F. commercial building into 30 one-bedroom units. Some units additionally have study’s and all feature hardwood floors, granite countertops, high efficiency heating/cooling systems, Energy Star appliances and LED lighting throughout to keep renters energy bills low.
Latest Projects
VIEW ALLRedevelopment and construction of an existing over 55 community in the seaside town of Mattapoisett, MA. As of June 2015 the final unit has been put under agreement for a July closing.
