Development and construction of 59 units of over 55 age active adult housing. The condominium development consisted of triplex unit configurations with convenient access to area amenities and Route 3.
Latest Projects
VIEW ALLRedevelopment and construction of an existing over 55 community in the seaside town of Mattapoisett, MA. As of June 2015 the final unit has been put under agreement for a July closing.
