Mattapoisett Landing
Redevelopment and construction of an existing over 55 community in the seaside town of Mattapoisett, MA. The community consisted of one duplex at the beginning of the project which was demolished to make way for the new layouts featuring first floor master suites and spacious kitchens to cater to the over 55 lifestyle. The town-homes styles were featured after the area cape style homes with shingle and clap board siding. As of June 2015 the final unit has been put under agreement for a July closing.
